All services are arranged based on customer requests and availability of third-party partners.
2. Pricing
- Prices are customized based on customer requirements, group size, season, availability, and selected services.
- Final pricing will be communicated and confirmed before payment.
- Prices may change until a booking is confirmed with payment.
3. Payments
- Payments may be required as advance payments or full payments to confirm reservations.
- Once payment is received, Taprobanewalk proceeds to reserve services with third-party partners.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellations are accepted subject to our Refund Policy.
- Changes to confirmed bookings depend on availability and partner policies.
- Taprobanewalk is not responsible for losses caused by late cancellations or changes requested by the customer.
5. Third-Party Services
- Accommodation providers, transport operators, guides, and activity providers are independent third parties.
- Taprobanewalk acts as a coordinator and is not liable for actions, delays, or failures of third-party providers beyond reasonable control.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and travel information
- Holding valid travel documents (passports, visas, permits)
- Following local laws, regulations, and safety instructions during tours
